The Leadership Circle Profile (LCP)
Description:
Most leadership 360’s generate reports with a dizzying amount of information. The reports are hard to sort through and they leave you with no idea how all of the pieces fit together. Basically, you are handed a dense report that doesn’t get to the heart of the matter. Leaders need something deeper – an abundance of superficial information doesn’t stimulate growth. In fact, it can cause defensiveness and resignation.
The Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) is holistic and systemic in nature. This framework builds upon our belief that every person has potential, realized and unexpressed. It offers a way to open up constructive, necessary and often avoided conversations with leaders that reveal their gifts and areas for development. The LCP invites development because it honors the inherent gifts of each leader while pointing to the underlying tendencies that shape behavior.
The LCP measures and provides leaders feedback in two primary leadership domains – Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies– and integrates this information so that key opportunities for leadership development immediately rise to the surface. The model is business relevant, supported by metrics, measurement, and research and has been applied with a track record of success.
When you implement the LCP, the results come in the form of a digestible image of your feedback that depicts how you rate yourself vs. how others see you, normed against a database of 1000s of global leaders. In consultation with your coach, you’ll see how focusing on one area – building on your creative capacities – will shift your profile over time and grow your self-leadership and ability to influence.
Package includes:
Introductory / Chemistry meeting – 45-60 minutes
The Leadership Circle Profile assessment with as many evaluators as you’d like (minimum of 10 evaluators). We implement everything. The participant’s only requirement is to send out an email to all of her evaluators inviting them to participate. We provide a sample email she can use
360 Debrief with client: Two sessions, 1.5 hours each
Three coaching sessions, One hour each
Includes intermittent email and text correspondence between sessions
Includes all materials (report, manual)
Includes project management (scheduling, implementation, shipping, etc.)
