Jennifer's energizing and compassionate approach to leadership development has earned the trust of teams and individuals across a diverse array of industries on a global scale. Jennifer is a certified coach and consultant who possesses a unique blend of corporate, public affairs, marketing and non-profit management experience. As a result, she is a sought-after keynote speaker as well as designer/facilitator for retreats and workshops.

Jennifer’s work in connecting individuals with their strengths and helping them become more effective paved the way for innovative training and development programs, executive and leadership coaching, and a work life integration retreat hosted annually in North Carolina which has been featured in the Leadership issue of Yoga Journal. 

Previously, Jennifer served as executive director of the American Marketing Association, Chicago Chapter and director of engagement for WOMMA. She is the recipient of the Miami University Women’s Leadership and Male Ally Award for her dedication to the empowerment and advancement of women.

She volunteers on the board of Mental Health America of NWI and is a member of the Newfield Network Alumni Committee. She is known for her productive, playful, engaging, and energizing facilitation style.
