Progress on development doesn't need to stop because our offices (and office mates!) look different. Give your team the support they need and deserve, while continuing to grow your talent.
Between the demands of the job and the business, it’s hard to provide your team members with all of the mentoring and coaching that you’d like. You can't be everywhere, all the time. At the same time, you’re committed to supporting your people and enhancing their capacity to produce results while adapting to ongoing change.
The Coach-is-In provides an opportunity for just in time coaching for pressing or emerging issues and concerns. Talk with a skilled and experienced coach and confidante, who understands the world of work and provides a safe space.
How does it work?
It starts with a conversation with you as the sponsor for your team / organization. We’ll create an invitation for you to send to your team that provides context for this service. It will address why and how The Coach-is-In supports your organization. You can invest in blocks of 8, 12, 20 hours or more of coaching. Once your custom invitation is crafted and sent, our staff will schedule the participants for calls with a Trilogy Effect coach on an as-needed/as-requested basis. Just let us know the block of coaching sessions you’d like and a list of participants. We’ll take care of the rest.
Coaching with the Enneagram
Are you wired for success? The Enneagram helps us understand our internal wiring that has us on autopilot. Once we see how this works, we can rewire.
The Enneagram is a framework for transformational development, offering each of us the opportunity to explore our core motivations and inherent gifts. Through this lens, people become aware of their own automatic patterns (wiring) of seeing and reacting to people and situations. Equipped with this self-awareness, our clients are able to make conscious choices that inevitably bring out their best and the best in others.

Enneagram Type Discovery session: one hour
Three Coaching Sessions focused on how one’s Enneagram Type plays into key strengths and reactive patterns. We focus on pattern interrupt and learn to choose from a wider range of responses

The Leadership Circle
The Leadership Circle is holistic and invites development because it honors the inherent gifts of each leader and the Enneagram is a perfect pairing with The Leadership Circle’s competency-based 360º review. How do the two work together?
The LCP provides feedback about your creative capacities and reactive tendencies, normed against 1000’s of leaders worldwide. You take the assessment yourself, along with at least 10 evaluators. The report comes in the form of a map and in one glance, lets you see the gap between your self-perception and how others see you – as well as where there is alignment. The Enneagram is one of the building blocks of the LCP. You can immediately see how your Enneagram Type shows up in your LCP by how people experience your leadership. The Enneagram then offers insight into motivations and underlying beliefs and assumptions that play into the 360 results. It also captures reactive patterns, what’s possible when we are at our best, and the unique gifts for each of the Types.

Coaching with the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP)
Most leadership 360’s generate reports with a dizzying amount of information. The reports are hard to sort through and they leave you with no idea how all of the pieces fit together. Basically, you are handed a dense report that doesn’t get to the heart of the matter. Leaders need something deeper – an abundance of superficial information doesn’t stimulate growth. In fact, it can cause defensiveness and resignation.
The Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) is holistic and systemic in nature. This framework builds upon our belief that every person has potential, realized and unexpressed. It offers a way to open up constructive, necessary and often avoided conversations with leaders that reveal their gifts and areas for development. The LCP invites development because it honors the inherent gifts of each leader while pointing to the underlying tendencies that shape behavior.
The LCP measures and provides leaders feedback in two primary leadership domains – Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies– and integrates this information so that key opportunities for leadership development immediately rise to the surface. The model is business relevant, supported by metrics, measurement, and research and has been applied with a track record of success.
When you implement the LCP, the results come in the form of a digestible image of your feedback that depicts how you rate yourself vs. how others see you, normed against a database of 1000s of global leaders. In consultation with your coach, you’ll see how focusing on one area – building on your creative capacities – will shift your profile over time and grow your self-leadership and ability to influence.
