He has spent more than 25 years applying his thinking and training to understanding the best practices of leaders and organizations and sharing these with hundreds of executives and teams across a broad range of industries.
 

Robert is one of fewer than 100 people certified as a "Nine Domains" facilitator by the Enneagram Institute and is certified in “Coaching with the Enneagram” by The Enneagram in Business Institute.
