The Coach-Is-In provides an opportunity for just in time coaching for pressing or emerging issues and concerns. Talk with a skilled and experienced coach and confidante, who understands the world of work and provides a safe space.

How does our virtual executive coaching work? 
It starts with a conversation with you as the sponsor for your team / organization. We’ll create an invitation for you to send to your team that provides context for this service. It will address why and how The Coach-Is-In supports your organization. You can invest in blocks of 8, 12, 20 hours or more of coaching. Once your custom invitation is crafted and sent, our staff will schedule the participants for calls with a Trilogy Effect coach on an as-needed/as-requested basis. Just let us know the block of coaching sessions you’d like and a list of participants. We’ll take care of the rest.
